Great rates for insurance, but terrible customer service. We sent over a request for insurance almost three weeks before our current insurance lapsed. We are now 5 days past when our general liability insurance lapsed, and we're still spinning. We need our general liability insurance Esvin!!!

I don’t know how these people have 5 stars when their service is terrible. You can never reach someone always a run around. Then they assign you someone to handle your policy, but guess what if that person is unavailable you cannot talk to no one else PERIOD… like its a joke, the staff is rude and unreliable. And don’t let them tell you they will call you back. 5 Days later im still waiting. Never again will i deal with incompetence

Simply fantastic client experience! I saved almost 40% on my auto insurance plus could clarify a lot of things on auto insurance, which I had doubt on and even misunderstood them. Esvin (the insurance agent) has been absolutely fantastic, in explaining (sometimes multiple times ) concepts such as liability vs comprehensive vs collision, how various charges like rental car pile up in a multi car situation etc. I should have called them a couple of years back, when Geico jacked up my insurance like crazy and I thought , that’s the only way. Loved the whole experience and the fact that I am saving a big chunk of money for the same coverage.

Dealing with a big name company is often a hassle specially when you have to deal with multiple assets because you end up getting transferred from one department to another all day.
