In-House Captive Agent
Our In-house Captive Agents are responsible for building an effective sales team to manage and grow a portion of the agency’s book of business. This a W2 position developed for experienced insurance professionals interested in becoming insurance agents while minimizing the financial risk that comes with it.
This position provides you with all the necessary tools to grow and manage a book of business with little to no financial risks.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance sales
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to train and manage a team
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- NJ P&C Licenses (NJ,PA, and NY P&C Licensees preferred; Life licenses is a plus)

Compensation:
- Expected 1st Year Compensation: $48,000 - $96,000
- P&C New Business: 4-8%
- P&C Renewal Business: 2-6%
- Life Insurance New Business: 20-70%
- Guaranteed Minimum Annual Pay: $33,000
