In-House Insurance Producer
Our In-house Licensed Insurance Producers are responsible for expanding the company’s book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. This a W2 position developed for experienced insurance professionals interested in obtaining the necessary training and professional development to grow into an in-house captive agent; our in-house captive agents are responsible for building an effective sales team to manage and grow a portion of the agency’s book of business.
This position provides you with all the necessary tools to grow and manage a book of business with little to no financial risks.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- NJ P&C Licenses (NJ,PA, and NY P&C Licensees preferred; Life licenses is a plus)

Compensation:
- Guaranteed Minimum Annual Pay: $32,000
- P&C New Business: 3-6%
- P&C Renewal Business: 2-6%
- Life Insurance New Business: 20-70%
