Simply fantastic client experience! I saved almost 40% on my auto insurance plus could clarify a lot of things on auto insurance, which I had doubt on and even misunderstood them. Esvin (the insurance agent) has been absolutely fantastic, in explaining (sometimes multiple times ) concepts such as liability vs comprehensive vs collision, how various charges like rental car pile up in a multi car situation etc. I should have called them a couple of years back, when Geico jacked up my insurance like crazy and I thought , that’s the only way. Loved the whole experience and the fact that I am saving a big chunk of money for the same coverage.

Working with Dcruz agency has been nothing but an excellent experience. Personally, the level of professionalism is simply exceptional. Dealing with a big name company is often a hassle specially when you have to deal with multiple assets because you end up getting transferred from one department to another all day. However, having your own personalized agent really makes things so much smoother. I got a homeowners quote at a way better rate than what I could find elsewhere and they ensured that I had the proper coverage to go with it. Customer first is really their priority from my experience, they really go into detail to explain coverages to you, not just that, but they do not throw all these little extra coverages that big insurance companies seem to want you to get these days for no reason other than to get more money out of you. I also recently insured my vehicle, spoke to my SAME agent and after a quick consultation about my car and what I seek to get, Domingo quickly got a quote based on my input. He also provided advice when I asked for his professional opinion and he did so with honesty without trying or pushing to “sell” me another service. They also compare between other companies for you, think of them as an “All-in-one” package. All in all outstanding experience, I would definitely recommend.
