Scheduled a call for a new policy. Didn’t hear from them until the following day. If they can’t prioritize you as a new customer I can’t imagine what it’s like being an existing.

Rapid Initial Response: Our records show we received your online quote inquiry at 1:53 PM, and our team reached out just seven minutes later at 2:00 PM.
Multiple Follow-Ups: Because we were unable to reach you on that first attempt, our team followed up by leaving multiple voicemails and emails to ensure we didn't leave you hanging. It is possible our emails landed in your spam folder, but we did try reaching you across multiple channels almost immediately.
Appointment Records: We also checked our calendars and were unable to find any scheduled call or appointment in our system. If you attempted to book through an external tool, there may have been a technical glitch on that platform.
Regarding your concern about how we treat our current policyholders, we want to reassure you that quoting volume never impacts our existing clients. We maintain a dedicated service department that operates entirely separate from our sales team, ensuring our current customers always receive the immediate attention they need.

I worked with Ray when I was shopping for new auto and home insurance and I’m extremely pleased with the result.
